DIRECTIONS TO
CITY CENTRAL HOSTEL

From Airport :

Option 1 – By Bus: Search for the Airport AC bus stand. Take the bus and alight at MG Road crossing, also known as Central Avenue crossing. From MG Road crossing, take another bus heading to College Street. Disembark at College Street and inquire about Chittaranjan College. In the vicinity of Chittaranjan College, approach someone for directions to IndusInd Bank or HDFC Bank. Our hostel is situated above these two banks on the 4th floor.

Option 2 – Prepaid Yellow Taxi or Ola/Uber: Opt for a cab and request to be dropped off at MG Road College Street. Upon arrival, seek directions to Chittaranjan College and inquire from locals about the proximity of IndusInd Bank or HDFC Bank. Our hostel is situated above these two banks on the 4th floor.

From Sealdah Station:

Option 1 – Bus (240, 12C/1, 44): Upon exiting Sealdah Station, board a bus heading to MG Road College Street. Alight at College Street and locate Chittaranjan College. Inquire in the vicinity of Chittaranjan College for directions to IndusInd Bank or HDFC Bank; our hostel is situated above these two banks on the 4th floor.

Option 2 – Taxi, Ola/Uber: Outside Sealdah Station, you’ll find prepaid yellow taxis or you can opt for a cab service like Ola/Uber. Choose either of these options and disembark at MG Road College Street. Subsequently, seek directions to Chittaranjan College and inquire from locals about the proximity of IndusInd Bank or HDFC Bank. Our hostel is situated above these two banks on the 4th floor.

From Howrah Station:

Option 1 – Bus (Bus numbers – 28, 71, 44): To reach the bus depot, walk towards platform number 1 and proceed to an exit leading to a subway, then continue to the bus depot. Take a bus bound for MG Road College Street. Disembark at College Street and search for Chittaranjan College. Inquire in the vicinity of Chittaranjan College for directions to IndusInd Bank or HDFC Bank; our hostel is situated above these two banks on the 4th floor.

Option 2 – Prepaid Yellow Taxi: The designated stop is MG Road College Street. Outside Howrah Station, you can find prepaid yellow taxis. Board one and alight at MG Road College Street. Subsequently, inquire about Chittaranjan College from locals, and ask for directions to IndusInd Bank or HDFC Bank; our hostel is located above these two banks on the 4th floor.

From Kolkata Station (also known as Shalimar Station):

 

Option 1 – Bus (Bus Number – 47B): Take bus number 47B and alight at MG Road crossing, also known as Central Avenue crossing. From MG Road crossing, board another bus heading to College Street. Disembark at College Street and search for Chittaranjan College. Inquire in the vicinity of Chittaranjan College for directions to IndusInd Bank or HDFC Bank; our hostel is situated above these two banks on the 4th floor.

Option 2 – Outside Shalimar Station or Kolkata Station, you’ll find prepaid yellow taxis or you can opt for a cab service like Ola/Uber. Choose either of these options and disembark at MG Road College Street.
