1. Non-Refundable Booking Fee:
– A non-refundable booking fee equivalent to 20% of the total booking amount is charged at the time of reservation. This fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Refunds for Cancelled Reservations:
– Cancellations made 2 days or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a refund of the remaining 80% of the booking amount, excluding the non-refundable booking fee.

3. No-Shows:
– In the event of a no-show (failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice), the entire booking amount, including the non-refundable booking fee, will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

4. Early Departures:
– If you choose to check out before the originally scheduled departure date, you will not be eligible for a refund for the unused nights.

5. Processing Time for Refunds:
– Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3-4 business days after receiving the cancellation request and will be issued to the original method of payment.

6. Special Circumstances:
– In exceptional cases such as natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or any other extraordinary circumstances beyond your control, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

7. Booking Modifications:
– If you wish to modify your booking, please contact us as early as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment. The non-refundable booking fee remains unchanged.
